Day 31

Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts. 1 Chronicles 16:8-9

My Mighty Father, You are worthy of it all!
All my attention, praise, worship, and love--it all belongs to You. Your works are amazing, beyond anything I can even express.

Help me to be a light that shines toward You today. It is often hard for me to stand out from the world and be different. You have called us to be IN the world, but not of it; and that's hard and I fail so often. Give me the courage to make Your goodness known and to never be ashamed of the name that I carry... Your name, as I am Your representative to this world.

Please give peace to my friends who are standing up for You, and as a result have found themselves friendless, with few who understand them, or are even ridiculed for believing in You.

I thank You for Your wonderful works and all that You have done and will do.
