Day 18

But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

Father God,

You sent Your Son to be My Savior. Because of this, my sin has been erased. Thank You for removing the shame of my past. Thank You for making the way so that I can live today and tomorrow in freedom.

Even being forgiven of my sin and knowing that You did this because You love me, there are so many times that I feel unworthy of love. I need Your help to discover where my true worth is.

There are many of my friends and family who don't believe that their sin has been taken care of and they continue to walk around with this unnecessary weight on their shoulders. Show them that they can be free and can live in that freedom. Help them to become closer to You, so that they can know Your love.

God, how can I thank You for what You've done for me? I can't find the words to say how grateful I am for Your sacrifice. With all that I am, thank You for healing me, for rescuing me, for giving me freedom... for Your never-ending love for me.
