Day 1

The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.”  Romans 8:15

Father, in Your kindness, You adopted me and made me Your child. You delivered me from my sin and have given me the promise of an eternal future with You.

Remind me today what it means to be Your child and to be free from the eternal consequences of my sin. Help me to live my days in light of Your grace.

I pray for my friends and family. Help them experience Your love as their Father.

Thank You for accepting me as I am, but not leaving me the same.
