Discussion Questions:

  1. When you think of a "king", what comes to mind? Do you think that title puts God in a good or bad light? Why?
  2. Do you think that knowing "what God does" is important? How does not knowing "what God does" impact how we view Him? How can we overcome this?
  3. Read Psalm 47:1-5. What stands out to you from these verses? What do the actions of God in these verses make you think and feel?
  4. Read Psalm 47:6-7. Praise is a respnse to knowing Who God is and what He does or has done. When is it hard or easy for you to praise God?
  5. Is there an element of praise that you need to work on/practice? How can our group help?
